Removing content does not transfer ownership of that content to us.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their content, their availability, or their privacy practices. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall be limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Post AtoZ and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to:

Your content.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith. You may contact us using the support details published on our website or in the Services.
If a dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days after written notice of the dispute is sent by either party, the dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator.
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India.
The language of arbitration shall be English.
The arbitration proceedings shall be confidential, except as required by law or to enforce the award.
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on the parties, subject to any rights of appeal or challenge available under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents us from seeking interim, injunctive, or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect our rights, users, confidential information, or the integrity of the Services.
Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all matters arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, technical, operational, or business changes. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on our website and update the “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the Services after the revised Terms are posted means you accept the changes. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
