My First Real Encounter With Sudoku
From Curiosity to Mild Confusion
The first time I played Sudoku seriously, I didn’t understand why people enjoyed it. I knew the basic rule—numbers from 1 to 9, no repeats—but actually applying it was harder than expected. I filled a few obvious squares and then froze. The grid stared back at me like it was unimpressed. No hints jumping out. No clear next move. Just silence. I remember feeling slightly annoyed and thinking, “Is this really fun for people?”
