Services for the Elderly | Pace Health Center, Rhode Island
PACE Organization of Rhode Island is a not-for-profit health plan for qualifying adults age 55 and older who have complex health needs but want to remain at home. With tailored care plans for each participant, PACE-RI provides services in the home, at their health clinics and day centers, and beyond.
