Despite the low levels of inventory, homebuyers are still on a quest for homeownership. This is probably due to a combination of different factors like the need for affordable housing, ownership aspirations, migration incentive due to the pandemic, and many others all put together make for a tightly packed market with high demand. One must keep in mind, however, that shortage of inventory will worsen first, before any possibility of improvement arises.
