1. Our Commitment to Child SafetyPost AtoZ is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful and responsible online environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, sextortion involving minors, trafficking of children, or any other conduct that endangers children.Post AtoZ strictly prohibits the use of its platform to create, upload, request, share, distribute, promote, solicit, facilitate or otherwise engage in CSAM or CSAE-related activities.These Child Safety Standards apply to all users, content, interactions and services available through Post AtoZ.2. Prohibited Child Sexual Abuse and ExploitationThe following activities are strictly prohibited on Post AtoZ:* Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, storing or distributing CSAM.* Sexualizing, exploiting or abusing a child in any form.* Grooming or attempting to groom a minor for sexual or exploitative purposes.* Soliciting sexual images, videos or other sexual material from a minor.* Encouraging or facilitating sexual contact with a minor.* Sextortion, blackmail or threats involving a minor or alleged intimate material of a minor.* Sexual trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of children.* Using the platform to arrange or facilitate sexual encounters involving minors.* Creating or distributing content that promotes or encourages child exploitation.* Attempting to circumvent Post AtoZ's child-safety controls or moderation systems.* Any other behavior that violates applicable child-protection laws or regulations.3. Zero-Tolerance Policy for CSAMPost AtoZ has a zero-tolerance approach to CSAM.Any content identified or reported as potentially involving CSAM will be treated as a serious child-safety matter. Where Post AtoZ obtains actual knowledge of prohibited CSAM or CSAE content, we will take appropriate action consistent with our policies, applicable law and our legal obligations.Depending on the circumstances, actions may include:* Removing or restricting access to the reported content.* Suspending or terminating the associated account.* Restricting the user's ability to upload or distribute content.* Preserving relevant information where legally permitted or required.* Escalating the matter to appropriate internal personnel.* Reporting confirmed CSAM or other unlawful child-exploitation activity to the appropriate authorities or relevant reporting organizations where required by applicable law.4. Prevention and ModerationPost AtoZ uses a combination of platform rules, user reporting, moderation processes and other reasonable safety measures to prevent and address harmful content and behavior.Our safety measures may include:* Community standards prohibiting CSAE and CSAM.* User reporting mechanisms.* Content and account review.* Investigation of credible safety reports.* Removal or restriction of prohibited content.* Account suspension or termination for violations.* Cooperation with appropriate authorities where legally required.* Continuous improvement of safety and moderation practices.Post AtoZ may take action against accounts or content when there is sufficient information indicating a violation of these standards, applicable law or platform rules.5. User Reporting and In-App Safety MechanismUsers can report content, accounts or behavior that they believe violates Post AtoZ's safety standards.Users should use the reporting functionality available within the Post AtoZ application whenever possible. Reports may include concerns involving:* Child sexual exploitation.* Suspected CSAM.* Child grooming.* Sexual solicitation of minors.* Sextortion involving minors.* Threats or exploitation of children.* Other conduct that may endanger a child.Reports should contain sufficient information to allow Post AtoZ to identify and review the relevant account, content or activity.Users should not download, copy, redistribute or otherwise share suspected CSAM for the purpose of reporting it.6. Response to Child Safety ReportsPost AtoZ takes child-safety reports seriously.When a report is received, we may review the reported content, account and associated information in accordance with our policies and applicable law.Depending on the severity and circumstances of the report, Post AtoZ may:1. Review the report and relevant information.2. Restrict or remove violating content.3. Suspend or terminate accounts involved in violations.4. Take measures to prevent further abuse.5. Preserve relevant information where legally permitted or required.6. Escalate serious matters to the appropriate internal or external authorities.7. Cooperate with lawful requests from relevant authorities.Response times may vary depending on the nature, complexity and urgency of a report.7. Child Grooming and Predatory BehaviorPost AtoZ prohibits grooming and other predatory behavior directed toward children.This includes attempts to establish relationships or communication with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation, sexual contact, obtaining sexual imagery, trafficking, manipulation or other abusive conduct.Users who engage in grooming or predatory behavior may have their accounts permanently removed and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.8. Age and Child ProtectionPost AtoZ takes reasonable measures appropriate to its services and applicable requirements to prevent children from being exposed to prohibited content or harmful interactions.Users must provide accurate information about themselves and must comply with applicable age requirements.Where Post AtoZ identifies circumstances indicating that a user may be below an applicable minimum age or that a service or feature is being accessed inappropriately, Post AtoZ may restrict, suspend or terminate access.Post AtoZ does not permit users to use the platform for sexual or exploitative interactions with minors.9. EnforcementViolations of these Child Safety Standards may result in immediate action, including:* Content removal.* Account restriction.* Temporary suspension.* Permanent account termination.* Blocking of associated accounts or activity.* Referral or reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate or legally required.Severe violations involving CSAE or CSAM may result in permanent removal without prior warning.10. Cooperation With AuthoritiesPost AtoZ is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws and lawful requests from relevant government and law-enforcement authorities.Where required by applicable law, Post AtoZ may report confirmed CSAM or other child-exploitation activity to the appropriate national, regional or international authority.Post AtoZ may cooperate with lawful investigations concerning child sexual abuse and exploitation.11. Privacy and Child-Safety InvestigationsPost AtoZ respects user privacy while recognizing that information may need to be processed to investigate serious safety violations.Information may be accessed, retained or disclosed when reasonably necessary to:* Investigate reported violations.* Protect users and children.* Enforce Post AtoZ policies.* Prevent abuse or exploitation.* Comply with applicable laws.* Respond to valid legal or governmental requests.Any handling of personal information is subject to applicable privacy requirements and Post AtoZ's Privacy Policy.12. Prohibited Attempts to Circumvent Safety ControlsUsers must not attempt to bypass, disable or manipulate Post AtoZ's child-safety, reporting, moderation or enforcement mechanisms.This includes creating replacement accounts after enforcement, manipulating reporting systems, using coded communication to facilitate exploitation, or otherwise attempting to evade safety measures.13. Reporting EmergenciesIf a child is in immediate danger, users should contact their local emergency services or appropriate law-enforcement authority.Post AtoZ does not replace emergency services, law enforcement, child-protection agencies or professional safeguarding organizations.## 15.
