Hello! I wanted to give my honest opinion of my recent flight from Frontier Airlines JFK Terminal. Check-in was rather simple, with professionals on hand to answer any questions and helpful kiosks. I grabbed a seat close to the gate with charging ports, which was a major advantage, and the terminal wasn't very packed. Despite Frontier's simplicity, the staff was cheerful and professional, and the flight departed on schedule. This was a gain for someone like me who likes to save money on tickets. Frontier did a good job.
